Today was spent largely prepping the boat for the next leg and beyond, Ostend - Hartlepool. Toby fitted the shower, Noah mended various bits and pieces, Harry emptied our reserve fuel supply and had a big tidy up. Peter established that our 30hr fuel range probably wouldn't suffice to get to Hartlepool tomorrow which is 32hrs away!!!
Noah cooked fabulous brunch - didn't consider the ceramic technician however, washing up took a while...
Harry and Noah found a taxi willing to take 8 smelly 10L diesel cans to a local petrol station (nothing in harbour sadly). Tanks are now all full and we have 60L spare - back on track. Re-provisioned for the trip tomorrow, picked up some food too... Sun is out, time for a beer and an early supper at 19:00, fish I suspect.
We will be off comms from mid morning Monday until early hours on Tuesday at the earliest I suspect.
