A lovely calm and peaceful night, with light until about 2300 (ideal for Harry)! The electric bar heater took the edge off the chill in the wheel house which was much appreciated. Peter surfaced for a whisky to warm up at 0200 and then went back to bed and slept through until Harry woke him at 6 to take over the helm.
A stunning morning, flat seas and clear skies. Cruising into Inverness now at 8knts to meet Alan and Binnie! We have just realised we have done 700 miles since we left a week today! Ostende - Hartlepool - Edinburgh - Inverness, not bad going! Noah just surfaced for a coffee but has since retired back to the cabin for more zzzz's!
All in good spirits aboard, including Peter with an aquavit in hand, he has to wash his heart pills down with something I suppose!
